Refund policy

At Kidoo, we strive to ensure that you are fully satisfied with your purchase. Please read our refund policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Payment Method

All orders on Kidoo are processed using Cash on Delivery (COD). Customers are required to pay the full amount in cash at the time of delivery.

2. Returns

You may request a return within [7–14 days] of receiving your order, under the following conditions:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition
• The item must be in its original packaging
• Proof of purchase is required

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

3. Refunds

Since we operate on a Cash on Delivery basis, refunds will be handled as follows:

• Refunds are issued in cash
• Refunds will only be processed after the returned item is received and inspected
• Processing may take up to 5–10 business days

4. Delivery Fees

• Customers are responsible for all delivery fees, including:
  • Original delivery charges
  • Return shipping costs
• Delivery fees are non-refundable under any circumstances

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are:

• Defective
• Damaged upon arrival

In such cases, Kidoo will cover the delivery costs for the exchange.

6. Order Issues

If you receive a damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos as proof.

We will review your request and provide a suitable solution.

7. Refused Deliveries

If a customer refuses to accept an order at delivery:

• The order may be canceled
• Future orders may be restricted or refused

8. Non-Returnable Conditions

Returns will not be accepted if:

• The product has been used
• The product is not in its original condition
• The return request is made after the allowed return period
